Co-curricular activities are an essential part of school life and helps in enhancing learning process of students at school.
Co-Curricular activities are compulsory activities which is important for every student to participate. Co-curricular are
designed and balanced with academic curriculum so that every student gets to learn beyond subjects. Co-curricular activities
are meant to bring social skills, intellectual skills, moral values, personality development and character formation in students.
It includes athletics, cultural events, Library activities, science lab activities, classroom activities, creative arts and
meditation etc.
Various co-scholastic activities for each class depending on the age and interest of the students are conducted. These provide
opportunities for children to experiment and grow into unique personalities. These activities enable students to develop life skills
and leadership qualities through experiential learning. To inculcate the spirit of healthy competition among the students, and to
acknowledge their talents, the pre-primary, Primary ,middle and senior class students have inter – class competitions. Various inter-house
activities and competitions are designed for the students of all classes where each one of them gets a fair chance to participate and
excel in their field of interest.
The four Houses, represented by their distinct colours, are as follows:
1. NEWTON (BLUE)
2. EDISON (YELLOW)
3. ARYABHATTA (RED)
4. C.V. RAMAN (GREEN)
